  • Device and app data: IP address, device ID, OS, app version, language
  • Usage data: features used, matches, session activity, and crash logs
  • Location data: with your permission, for matching and date planning

  • Post-date feedback and reports from other members
  • Information from identity verification and fraud-prevention partners
  • Social login providers, if you choose to connect them

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Provide matching, compatibility scoring, and The Encounter™ features
  • Facilitate date planning, Date Guardian notifications, and check-ins
  • Display reputation and feedback indicators
  • Process payments and manage subscriptions
  • Keep our community safe, investigate abuse, and enforce our Terms
  • Improve, personalize, and develop the Service, including AI features
  • Send service-related messages, safety alerts, and marketing (where permitted)

We may share information:

  • With other members: profile information you choose to display, compatibility insights, and mutual match data
  • With trusted contacts: date details you share through Date Guardian
  • With service providers: hosting, analytics, verification, payment, customer support, and safety vendors under contract
  • For legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and security
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, subject to this Policy

We do not sell your personal information for money. We may use analytics and advertising partners as described in our cookie settings where applicable.

4. AI & Automated Processing

PrePaired uses automated systems, including machine learning, to suggest matches, estimate compatibility, recommend venues and conversation starters, and detect potentially harmful behavior. These systems do not make solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects without human review where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We retain information as long as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your information within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for safety, legal, or backup purposes.

6. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

  • Access, correct, or delete your personal information
  • Object to or restrict certain processing
  • Port your data in a usable format
  • Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based

8. Children's Privacy

PrePaired is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

9. International Transfers

We may process information in the United States and other countries. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses for cross-border transfers.
